Herb Crusted Pork, Chicken or Steak

8 boneless pork loin chops, chicken breasts or steak of your choice 1 ½ C breadcrumbs 1 C parsley 2 tsp thyme ½ C olive oil Salt and pepper to taste Combine breadcrumbs, parsley, thyme and olive oil to create paste: coat meat.  Place in gallon freezer bag.  Freeze. TO SERVE: Thaw; broil or grill.

Ingredients:  8oz box corn muffin mix 1 can whole kernel corn, drained 1 can creamed corn 8oz sour cream 1 stick butter, melted and cooled 2 eggs, slightly beaten Combine all ingredients.  Pour into two 8×8 or one 9×13 freezer safe pan.  Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.  Freeze.
