Ingredients: 1 lb macaroni 5 Tbsp unsalted butter ¼ C flour 2 C milk 1 ½ C shredded sharp cheddar ½ C shredded Fontina cheese ½ C crumbled blue cheese TOPPING: ¼ C breadcrumbs 2 Tbsp Parmesan DIRECTIONS: Boil pasta and drain. Melt butter in large sauce pan. Add flour and cook for two minutes. (…)
8 boneless pork loin chops, chicken breasts or steak of your choice 1 ½ C breadcrumbs 1 C parsley 2 tsp thyme ½ C olive oil Salt and pepper to taste Combine breadcrumbs, parsley, thyme and olive oil to create paste: coat meat. Place in gallon freezer bag. Freeze. TO SERVE: Thaw; broil or grill.
